General terms of use
Introduction
1. By using, visiting and/or accessing any part of the Just4win site and/or any subdomain, website or mobile application that we own or operate (the «Site») and/or by registering an account on the Site, you agree to be bound by these General Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy as well as any other rules applicable to our betting or gaming products available on the Site (together, the «Terms»), and you are deemed to have accepted and understood all of the Terms.
2. You must read the Terms carefully. If you do not agree with them and/or cannot accept them, please do not use, visit or access the Site.

Your account
1. Legal requirements
1.1. The term «Account» refers to an account registered by you on the Site after accepting these Terms. 2. Account Registration
2.1. To be able to bet, play, and deposit money, you must register an Account on the Site.
2.2. To register an Account, you must provide complete and up-to-date information, including a mobile phone number, an email address, a username, a password, and any other mandatory information requested in the registration form.
2.3. By registering an Account on the Site, you agree to provide your legal name. We may verify the accuracy of the information provided. You cannot modify this data yourself, but in certain cases (honest mistake, etc.), a request for modification can be made to the Site's customer service.
2.4. If you choose or receive a username, password, or any other information as part of our security procedures, you must treat it confidentially and not disclose it to third parties. The same rule applies to their relatives. Any violation will result in the permanent closure of the account, and the affected accounts will be considered fraudulent. Any winnings obtained will be confiscated, and only the deposited amount will be refunded.
2.6. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your Account to another person. This prohibition includes the transfer of any valuable asset, including but not limited to: ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights and/or claims. It also includes mortgage, brokerage, pledging, trust transfer, or any other use with third parties, individuals or legal entities, foundations or associations.
3. Account issues
3.1. If you forget your password or believe that someone knows your personal information, or if you suspect another user of cheating or collusion, you must inform us immediately.
3.2. We reserve the right to consider any bet or transaction null and void, in whole or in part, if, at our sole discretion, we believe that one of the following situations has occurred:
● the Account holder or associated persons may directly or indirectly influence the outcome of an event;
● the Account holder or associated persons directly or indirectly circumvent the rules of the Site;
● the outcome of an event or a bet is directly or indirectly affected by criminal activity;
● the odds have been significantly altered as a result of a public announcement related to the event;
● bets have been accepted while the Site was experiencing technical issues;
● an error, such as a typographical error, technical error, human error, or force majeure has led to the acceptance of erroneous bets.
3.3. In the event of closure or suspension of an Account for any reason, we reserve the right to close any future Account that may be registered by the same person, device, address, or using the same payment methods, and to cancel all associated bets and transactions.
3.4. We offer two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional protection against unauthorized use of your Account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and inaccessible to others.
4. By registering an Account on the Site, you agree, declare, and warrant that:
4.1. You are over 18 years old or have reached the minimum legal age required as stipulated by the laws of your jurisdiction, and in accordance with those laws, you are allowed to participate in the Games offered on the Site.
4.2. You will use this Site and your Account only and exclusively in the context of your actual participation in the Games, and not for financial or other purposes; your participation in the Games will be strictly personal and not professional, for leisure and entertainment purposes only.
4.3. You participate in the Games on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.

4.5. All information you provide to Just4win is true, complete, and accurate, and you agree to inform us immediately of any changes to this information.
4.6. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes under the laws in force on the winnings you receive from Just4win.
4.7. The money you deposit into your Account does not come from illegal activity and is not tainted by any illegality.
4.8. You understand that by participating in the Games, you take the risk of losing the money you have deposited into your Account.
4.9. You must not engage in fraudulent, collusive, rigging activities or any other illegal activities related to your participation or that of third parties in any of the Games, nor use software-assisted methods or hardware devices to participate in the Games. Just4win reserves the right to invalidate or close your Account or your participation in a Game in the event of such behavior.
4.10. Regarding deposits and withdrawals of funds from your Account, you will only use credit cards or other financial instruments that are valid and legally registered in your name.
4.11. The software provided to you is owned by us or third parties and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may only use this software for personal, recreational use and in accordance with all applicable rules, terms and conditions, and laws.
4.12. The games offered on the Site must be played in the same manner as in any other context. You must be courteous to other players and representatives of Just4win, and avoid any rude or obscene comments, including in chat rooms.
Multiple Accounts
1. You may create (register) and use only one Account on the Site.
2. Only one Account is allowed per household, IP address, and computer or device. If two or more users share the same household, IP address, or device, the holders of these Accounts must inform us in advance.
3. If you create or attempt to create more than one Account, for any reason, we may block or close all or part of your Accounts at our discretion. We may also void all bets placed via duplicate Accounts, block bonuses and gifts, and cancel withdrawal requests. Furthermore, any winnings, returns, or bonuses obtained or accumulated via duplicate Accounts will be confiscated from you.
Payments
1. When the result of a Game in which you participated is determined, or if applicable, when Just4win has confirmed the result of an event and settled the markets, all winnings will be credited to your Account.
2. If Just4win mistakenly credits your Account with winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical, human, or other error, the amount will remain the property of Just4win and will be deducted from your Account. If, before Just4win detects the error, you have withdrawn the funds in question, the amount paid in error will constitute a debt to Just4win. In the case of an erroneous credit, you are required to inform us immediately.
3. Just4win will carry out additional checks and identification procedures for any withdrawal, or reserves the right to perform these checks at any withdrawal level. All transactions are verified to prevent money laundering.
Deposits
1. To be able to place bets and play with real money, you must deposit money into your Account. You can make a deposit at any time online via credit card, e-wallet, bank transfer, or any other available deposit method. All available deposit methods are listed on the «Deposit» page of the Site. Cash or checks are not accepted. Some methods may not be available in certain countries.
2. We accept payments in different currencies. Any payment received by Just4win in a currency other than that of your Account will be converted into the currency of your Account at the current exchange rate. Conversion fees are your responsibility.
3. Just4win reserves the right to use additional procedures to verify your identity (KYC) when making a deposit and to close your Account if you do not provide the requested documents.
4. Just4win does not grant any credit for the use of its services.
5. By depositing, you confirm that all deposits are authorized and that you will not attempt to cancel them or take any action aimed at having the payment canceled by a third party to avoid any legitimate liability.
6. In order to prevent money laundering, a deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made. If wagering conditions are in effect, they must be met before any withdrawal request.
7. Just4win does not allow deposits made by third parties (friends, relatives, spouse, etc.). All payments must come from an Account, system, or credit card registered in the name of the Account holder. If such deposits are detected, all winnings will be confiscated and returned to Just4win, and the deposit will be refunded to the legitimate owner of the payment method. If bank fees apply to the refund, they will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Withdrawals
1. You must provide your KYC documents, photos of your credit card (front and back – only the first 6 and last 4 digits should be visible, the other digits and the CVV/CVC code must be masked), a bank statement, a copy of an ID, proof of address, as well as proof of ownership of any other payment method used, when making your first withdrawal request. Other requirements may apply depending on the payment channels.
2. Just4win reserves the right to change at any time and without notice the maximum amount allowed for each transaction according to the payment system.
3. A withdrawal request will not be processed until all wagering conditions have been met.
4. It will not be possible to withdraw funds marked as «Bonus,» nor the funds blocked in an interrupted game.
5. Just4win reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal if the total amount of bets is less than that of the last deposit. You must wager the initial deposit at least once before you can withdraw.
6. All withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) business days, but these times may be longer depending on payment channels, additional account verifications, and holidays.
7. A user cannot withdraw funds exceeding the balance of their Account.
8. Withdrawals will be made to your bank account or via other methods available in the «Cashier». Withdrawals are processed using the same method as that used to deposit funds into the Account.
9. When a withdrawal is canceled, the funds are returned to your Account and you can dispose of them as you wish. We disclaim any responsibility for amounts lost during play after a withdrawal cancellation by you or us.
10. Please note that our products are consumed instantly during play. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds, cashbacks, or cancellation of the requested service during the game. If you play with real money, it will be debited immediately from your Account.
11. You can only withdraw a maximum of €1,000/$ (or the equivalent in your Account's currency) over a 24-hour period, €1,000/$ per week, and €5,000/$ per month, unless otherwise agreed by us.
12. Before accepting a withdrawal, we may ask you for a legal form of identification (certified copies of passport, ID card, etc.). We may also conduct a phone, facial, or other verification to confirm your identity.
13. You can only have two pending withdrawals (requested but not processed) at the same time.
14. If you win more than €50,000/$ (or the equivalent in your Account's currency), Just4win reserves the right to distribute the payment in installments of €50,000/$ maximum until full payment is made. All progressive jackpots are paid in one lump sum.
15. The maximum daily win amount for a customer cannot exceed €100,000/$, or the equivalent in your Account's currency. The «day» corresponds to the period between 00:00 GMT and 23:59 GMT.
Account Closure
1. You can close your Account at any time and request the withdrawal of the balance, subject to applicable withdrawal fees. To close your Account, you must first cancel all open bets, if any, and contact customer service. The closure will take effect upon termination by Just4win. In case of issues related to potential gambling addiction, you must inform Just4win.
2. The method of reimbursement will be at our sole discretion.
3. Just4win reserves the right to close your Account and refund you the balance «Available for withdrawal», less applicable fees, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide justification or notice.
4. Just4win reserves the right to cancel and remove any unused bonus within one month of its allocation.
5. Just4win reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal in case of fraud, in which case the Account will be suspended and the payment not processed.
6. Just4win will review all player Accounts and classify them at its discretion. Once a player is identified as a «bonus hunter» or «bonus abuser», all winnings and bonuses will be canceled, the Account will be suspended, and the payment not processed.
Personal information
1. Please note that, under anti-money laundering regulations in European jurisdictions, we must retain the personal data of players recorded during registration, as well as all data transmitted during the lifetime of a player account, for a minimum of five years from the last transaction or account closure. Requests for data deletion before this date cannot be accepted.
2. We will comply with applicable laws regarding the protection of personal data that you provide to us. Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Criminal and fraudulent activities
1. Criminal activity
1.1. In case of anomaly (including suspicion of money laundering or fraud), Just4win reserves the right to close Accounts and/or report any suspicious activity from one or more accounts to the competent authorities. All balances will be frozen, withdrawals invalidated, and deposits and winnings confiscated.
2. Collusion and cheating
2.1. Just4win is authorized to disable Accounts and confiscate balances (deposits and winnings) if players obtain or attempt to obtain an advantage through sharing information about their cards, collusive agreements with other users, chip dumping, discussing hands in play, using multiple accounts, or «soft» play. Just4win conducts a rigorous review of games, both manual and automated, and addresses all related complaints. Additionally, Just4win proactively and randomly monitors games and Accounts.
3. Fraudulent activity
3.1. As soon as fraudulent, illegal, dishonest, or inappropriate activity (such as using VPNs, proxies, or similar services that mask your actual location, or playing on behalf of a third party) is detected, we reserve the right to block the user's Account, confiscate all balances without notice. Just4win reserves the right to report the activity to authorities, banks, credit card companies, or any legitimate entity, and/or to initiate legal proceedings.

14. Accord & admissibilité
14.1. Ces Conditions, la Politique de confidentialité, la Politique relative aux cookies et tout document mentionné forment l’accord complet entre vous et la Société concernant ce Site et, sauf en cas de fraude , prévalent sur toutes les communications antérieures ou contemporaines, électroniques, orales ou écrites.
14.2. Une version imprimée de ces Conditions ou de tout avis électronique sera recevable dans toute procédure judiciaire ou administrative au même titre que tout document commercial original généré ou conservé sous forme imprimée.
14.3. Si une disposition des présentes est jugée illégale ou inapplicable, cette disposition sera dissociée des Conditions et les autres dispositions resteront en vigueur.

16.8. Nous nous réservons le droit d’informer les utilisateurs concernant les promotions en cours ou mises à jour via e-mail, SMS, chat, WhatsApp, réseaux sociaux, notification navigateur ou application mobile.

17. Bonus et Argent bonus
17.1. Just4win vous propose régulièrement différents bonus et récompenses crédités sur votre Compte. Un bonus chez Just4win peut prendre la forme de tours gratuits, cashback, paris gratuits, argent de jeu supplémentaire ou argent reçu après un dépôt. Un bonus est généralement soumis à des conditions de mise à remplir avant tout retrait. Il est donc recommandé de lire les règles du bonus avant de l’utiliser.

17.2.1. Un bonus est crédité sur le solde bonus.
17.2.2. Lorsque les conditions de mise du bonus sont remplies, le montant du bonus est transféré vers le solde principal et peut être retiré à tout moment.
17.2.3. En cas d’abus de bonus par un utilisateur, Just4win se réserve le droit de prendre des mesures punitives, notamment : suppression ou refus de tous les bonus et gains issus des bonus ; blocage immédiat du Compte utilisateur. Dans ce cas, Just4win décline toute responsabilité quant au retrait ou remboursement des fonds présents avant le blocage du Compte.
17.2.4. Toute combinaison de mises extérieures à la roulette couvrant 24 cases ou plus (64%) des 37 numéros possibles est interdite. Par exemple : miser sur Rouge et Noir en même temps – couvrant 36 sur 37 résultats – entraînera l’annulation de tous les gains et bonus.
17.2.5. Utiliser les bonus pour accumuler des avantages en jeu (ex : compteurs de Free Spins ou autres fonctionnalités débloquées), puis revenir jouer après avoir annulé ou rempli les exigences de mise pour en tirer profit entraînera l’annulation de tous les gains et bonus.
17.2.6. Les fonds gagnés via des bonus ne peuvent pas être retirés tant que tous les bonus n’ont pas été misés.
17.2.7. En cas de dysfonctionnement, tous les gains et jeux sont annulés. Just4win se réserve le droit d’annuler tout gain obtenu via une anomalie, jusqu’à concurrence des derniers dépôts effectués.
17.2.8. Les utilisateurs doivent lire et respecter toute politique de bonus applicable pour recevoir et utiliser les bonus.
17.2.9. Tous les bonus ont une date d’expiration. La durée standard est de 7 jours. Elle peut différer selon le bonus et sera alors précisée dans les conditions spécifiques. Les exigences de mise doivent être respectées avant l’expiration. Passé ce délai, Just4win pourra annuler ou débiter les crédits bonus.
17.2.10. L’exigence de mise standard pour un bonus de casino est de 35 fois le montant du bonus, et pour les paris sportifs, de 7 fois. Cela peut varier pour certaines promotions, sous réserve que ce soit précisé dans les conditions spécifiques.
17.2.11. Les exigences de mise correspondent au montant total de mises à effectuer avant que le bonus et ses gains associés puissent être transférés sur votre solde principal. Ces exigences sont spécifiées dans les conditions du bonus. 17.2.12. Il est interdit de retarder un tour de jeu, y compris les tours gratuits ou bonus, jusqu’à ce que vous n’ayez plus d’exigences de mise ou que vous ayez effectué un ou plusieurs nouveaux dépôts. Un tel comportement entraînera l’annulation du bonus et des gains associés.
17.3. Conditions de mise
